Esteban Olmos B.Arch 

managing director

Esteban is a registered architect with over 20 years’ experience after graduating from the University of Technology Sydney. He has been with MSK for more than 10 years where he has honed the ability to successfully collaborate with a variety of clients and deliver projects from initial ideas on sketches through to the final constructed environment.

Esteban has specialised in cultural, educational, commercial and residential architecture, having completed multiple projects in these disciplines, such as the Penrith Baptist Church, Green Point Christian College TAS and science blocks, and the Central Coast Mariners Football Club administration office building.

With a keen eye for detail, and extensive project experience Esteban consistently works to ensure that client outcomes are met, while still delivering elegant and distinct designs.

Sándor Dúzs M.Arch

design director

Sándor has over 15 years of overseas and 7 years of Australian professional experience in wide range of project types. In Europe he was the author and project architect of several widely published and exhibited, award winning commercial, residential, hotel and mixed used projects, in Australia he was working on large scale (up to $1 billion+) health care projects, and was the design lead of several residential, student accommodation, large scale infrastructure (NWRL Surface & Viaduct + Bridge) and community projects (Glenwood community HUB). He was also working on primary and higher education projects, mixed use industrial and commercial projects, and also on sport facilities (including 30,000 seats football stadium projects both overseas and in Australia.)

With his submitted 20+ highly successful national and international design competition entries he is a passionate and experienced "competitor”, while his realised concepts were always lead through all design phases by him keeping their design consistency and freshness in every level of detail.

Nicole Rouissi B.Arch (UTS)

A registered architect with 20+ years’ experience, and a long term MSK team member, Nicole has a diversity of practical knowledge that results in a clear understanding of the requirements for a Project’s development and delivery.

Nicole has been involved in a wide range of projects that include Educational, Sporting, Commercial and Industrial developments. She has expertise in the complex nature and procedures associated with Council applications, co-ordination of Consultants, Service Authorities, Certification, Contract administration and Construction supervision.

She is a clear communicator, focused on achieving development outcomes that are the best solution for a client’s requirements and objectives.

Nicole is the current MSK Champion at virtual rally driving, has hopes for world peace, simplified dealings with the RMS, and enjoys the variety of cakes provided at Staff meetings.

Josh Fair Dip. Building Design

Josh is a talented designer with experience in single dwelling, townhouse, and multi-residential design. He enjoys challenging trends and creating forms that serve a purpose. His eye for design and understanding construction, combined with his strategy for business results in a genuine, enthusiastic designer, committed to providing excellence in every project he works on. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Architectural Science at Curtin University.

Samantha Watt M.Arch (UNSW) B.Arch (UON) Dip. Building Design

A fresh-faced architectural designer, Samantha recently joined MSK Architects post her diploma of building design (2013-2014) and her Bachelor of Design in Architecture (2015-2017), and began her Master of Architecture in 2019.

Not only is Samantha an architectural draftsperson in the office, she also easily extends herself with managing consultants, liaising with clients and project managers, as well as preparing documentation for her projects. A driven and energetic worker, Samantha proficiently finds practical solutions as problems arise during the design and construction documentation processes, constantly being measured against the design concept.

Samantha livens up the office with her love of dogs, yoga and cooking, sharing her youthful perspective with her coworkers.

Hannah Martin

student of architecture

Hannah is currently studying her Bachelor of Architecture at UTS while working part time at MSK Architects. 
As an architectural student, Hannah takes care of administration, often managing consultants and councils as well as preparing documentation for projects. Frequently learning on the job, Hannah’s energy and efficiency enliven the office.
