Hotel Residence Izabella was an adaptive reuse project in Budapest's famous World Heritage area, the Andrassy Avenue World Hertage precinct.
The origianal building was built in the 1870s, as a residential building, than during the communistic period it was used by the police forces. In the first years of the XI. century a French investor (ORCO Property Group) has bought the building to extend and upgrade to a 4 star Long Stay Hotel.

At the end of 1990s the Millennium 7A site was dedicated to a Thermal Hotel for the planned 2006 Expo. Sandor at ArktOON Architects / Schon Architects was working as project architect on the Development Approval plans for this proposed project. After the Government has cancelled the Expo the investor decided to build an Office Complex (Millennium Towers 7A) instead
