MSK Architects is proud to support Hills Wildlife Sanctuary with the pro-bono design of their new Wildlife Hospital in Dural, Sydney. Nestled in 35 acres of pristine bushland, the hospital will provide world-class veterinary facilities dedicated to the rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation of injured and threatened native wildlife. The project embodies our commitment to designing for community impact and environmental stewardship.

MSK Architects’ concept design for the Central Coast Stadium extension reimagines the Gosford waterfront landmark as a vibrant mixed-use destination. The proposal introduces a multi-storey car park, a premium commercial office building, a new commercial tower, and a retail strip of cafes and restaurants beneath the eastern grandstand. The vision enhances stadium functionality, activates underutilised spaces, and integrates modern architecture with the scenic waterfront setting.

Budapest Box is a modular pavilion system developed as a first-prize competition entry, addressing the spatial, logistical, and environmental demands of temporary urban retail and hospitality structures. The system enables scalable configurations, rapid installation, and compact transport.

High-end residential project in Kenthurst, NSW

Hills Christian Life Centre (1997) was a $6 million purpose-built Ministry Centre located at the corner of Norwest Boulevard and Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills. Designed and fully documented by MSK Architects in collaboration with specialist consultants, the building was delivered on time and on budget. The project established Hillsong’s first significant permanent facility in Norwest, providing a dedicated worship and ministry environment that met all client criteria and exceeded expectations.

Located in Castle Hill, the newly expanded Hills Basketball Centre is a state-of-the-art indoor sports facility featuring four full-sized basketball courts, tiered seating for over 1,000 spectators, upgraded change rooms and amenities, meeting spaces, and enhanced car and bicycle parking. Purpose-built for accessibility, performance, and community use - this extension sets a new benchmark for regional sports architecture in NSW.

Commercial Centre @ the Central Coast Mariners centre in Tuggerah, NSW

New City Centre, Radnička Street – Novi Sad, Serbia International Architectural Competition, 2nd Prize (2009) Sandor's team (Schon + ArkTTON Architects) won 2nd prize in the 2009 international competition for a new administrative and judicial city centre along Radnička Street in Novi Sad. The proposal redefined a key urban corridor by introducing a dynamic composition of civic buildings—City and Provincial Authorities, Magistrate and Higher Magistrate Courts, Prosecution Service, and a public parking facility—organized around a new public forum. The design established a strong contemporary identity while carefully integrating with the surrounding urban fabric, creating a vibrant civic landmark and a new focal point for public life.

MSK Architects designed the multi-use extension of Oakhill College

Residence Izabella is a distinguished 4-star long-term hotel located in central Budapest. Designed by Sándor Dúzs / ArkTOON Architects (predecessor of MSK Architects) in collaboration with Schön Architects, the project transforms a historic urban building into a contemporary hospitality residence. The design preserves the original street façade while introducing a refined rooftop addition and reorganized internal courtyard. It offers 38 light-filled suites, creating a unique blend of historic character and modern comfort in the heart of Budapest.

Hotel Mariners is a 10-storey, 126-room hotel designed by MSK Architects as a key addition to the Central Coast Mariners Centre of Excellence in Tuggerah, NSW. Positioned within the B5 Business Development zone, the hotel integrates accommodation, hospitality and recreation facilities into the existing sporting precinct.

Five-storey student accommodation building at the edge of the Castle Hill Town Centre, delivering 71 self-contained boarding rooms with generous communal facilities and landscaped outdoor spaces. Conceived as high-quality, affordable housing primarily for tertiary students, the building responds carefully to the site’s sloping topography and mixed-use context. A refined material palette of off-form concrete, terracotta cladding and articulated façades establishes a strong street presence, while upper levels step back to reduce bulk and enhance landscaped setbacks.

Avenue Gardens is a luxury residential development created through the adaptive reuse of a historic Neo-Renaissance palace on Budapest’s prestigious Andrássy Avenue, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The project was designed by Sándor Duzs at ArkTOON Architects in collaboration with Schön Architects. ArkTOON Architects is the predecessor practice to today’s Duzs and Partners Pty Ltd / MSK Architects. The project restores and revitalises the historic palace while introducing contemporary residential wings within the inner courtyards. Significant heritage elements—including the grand staircase and representative entrance spaces—were carefully preserved and restored, while new residential volumes provide modern apartments arranged around landscaped internal gardens.

Sommelier’s Home, by Sandor Duzs of MSK Architects (interior design: Architema), is a contemporary family residence perched on a sloping suburban site near Budapest. The residence features bold, asymmetrical façades, minimalist geometry, and generous glazing that blurs the boundary between interior and the spectacular panorama beyond. 38 Cawarra Road in Caringbah delivers a contemporary multi-level warehouse and office facility designed to maximise functionality, flexibility and operational efficiency. The project integrates storage, warehousing and commercial office spaces across several levels, supported by basement parking and shared circulation areas. The architecture responds to the constraints of an urban industrial site while prioritising accessibility, efficient movement of vehicles and goods, and adaptable tenancy layouts.

MSK's Sandor Duzs’ proposal for the Design Our Ryde competition envisions a vibrant mixed-use civic precinct centred around a new public plaza. The development combines community facilities, council offices, retail spaces, and 410 residential apartments to create a lively urban destination connected to surrounding streets, transport, and the shopping centre. A distinctive “floating pebble” council chamber marks the civic heart of the project, while rotated residential towers maximise views, sunlight, and privacy while helping mitigate surrounding traffic noise. Sustainable façade systems incorporating photovoltaic glazing support improved environmental performance.
