Caddy Storage was established in 1986 and is one of Australia’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of purpose built and customised commercial vehicle storage systems and automotive accessories. The head office is currently located in Blacktown, NSW with other branches located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. 

The subject project was a warehouse/distribution centre, showroom and installation of products for Caddy Storage Sydney comprising the following: -​

 

• Warehouse including fit-out assembly with a gross floor space of ~2,400m²;

 

• Fit-out assembly - fitting out of vehicles with storage shelving and other components.

 

• Showroom and office with a gross floor space of ~ 415m²  - Display of goods and sales direct to the public.​
