The MSK Architects designed $17M Multi-storey industrial development in Sydney’s northern beaches, consisting of 105 storage units, 35 warehouse units with mezzanine offices and a caretakers unit. The storage units located in the basement range between 18-56m2 and warehouse units located over two levels range between 60-120m2.
MSK Architects was engaged by the developer to maximise the development opportunities for this site and was able to maximise the site FSR and achieve development approval within six months. Our design resolves a steep and narrow site with a very clever use of space and simple structure which resulted in a quick and economical constructions considering the site constraints.
