The architectural strategy prioritises internal amenity, sustainability, and housing diversity, making a meaningful contribution to the suburb’s residential offering while harmonising with surrounding developments, including a neighbouring 39-unit project approved concurrently.

Built Form & Access

The building is serviced by a two-level basement car park accommodating 37 vehicles, accessed via a centralised driveway on Fulton Street. This arrangement streamlines circulation and ensures that the building footprint can be fully optimised for residential amenity and landscape integration.
