For projects requiring a DA, we coordinate and submit all documentation necessary for council assessment — including design drawings, planning reports, and consultant inputs — ensuring proposals are clearly justified against local planning controls. Once development consent is granted, we prepare the Construction Certificate (CC) documentation, which demonstrates compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA), relevant Australian Standards, and the conditions of consent.
For projects eligible for a CDC, we streamline the process by bypassing the DA stage. A CDC combines planning and construction approvals in one step, provided the proposal meets the criteria of the State Environmental Planning Policies (SEPPs) and other applicable codes. In this case, our role is to prepare a fully compliant package that allows certifiers to issue approval quickly and efficiently.
