Located in Rouse Hill, 6 Capital Place is a multi-storey mixed-use industrial development designed by MSK Architects for Western Sydney Constructions. The project accommodates three tenancies with a mix of warehouse, office, mezzanine and car parking areas, creating a flexible commercial environment suited to a range of industrial and business uses.

Form & articulation

The building form was shaped by the specific conditions of the site. Its distinctive footprint responds to existing easements, development constraints, power line offsets, required building lines and protection zones, resulting in an efficient plan that maximises usable floor area while respecting the limitations of the allotment. This site-led approach gives the project its unique geometry and ensures that circulation, parking and tenancy planning work within a complex set of constraints.

The development includes approximately 3,953 m² of gross floor area and 119 car spaces, with the design arranged to support clear vehicle movement, accessible entry points and efficient tenancy separation. A palette of concrete-look finishes, metal cladding, black-framed openings and articulated shading elements gives the building a refined industrial character, balancing durability with visual interest.

Through careful planning, robust material selection and a flexible tenancy arrangement, 6 Capital Place delivers a practical and contemporary industrial facility shaped by its site, supporting the growth of business in Rouse Hill’s evolving employment precinct.
