The project responds to its transitional context—shifting from rural character to a structured mixed-use environment—by establishing a strong architectural identity that is both refined and highly functional.
The three-storey building accommodates a diverse program of office and medical tenancies, complemented by a rooftop restaurant that activates the upper level and enhances the building’s after-hours presence. With a total gross floor area of approximately 2,950m², the development is carefully organised to provide flexible tenancy arrangements across all levels, supporting a range of commercial uses and future adaptability.
Architecturally, the building is defined by a bold yet elegant form, characterised by extensive glazed façades that maximise natural light and visual connectivity.
